Introduction to Canyoneering September 18 - 20

Hangar 18's Intro to Canyoneering class is a three-day package; two days of instruction on all of the basics of canyoneering and then a guided trip down the beautiful waterfalls of San Antonio canyon on Mt. Baldy. The class is taught and guided by Dave Hamilton. The class is taught and guided by Dave Hamilton, costs $199 ($149 for members), and meets on Friday September 18th from 6-9pm, Saturday September 19th from 5-8pm, and all day Sunday September 20th.   2. Climbing and canyoneering are separate sports. There is no climbing involved. Canyoneering is all about going down, not up, so all you need to do is be ready for some adventure hiking,retain some safety concepts, and have an appetite for adventure.

  7. Indoor Climbing is a derivative of Rock Climbing in which people scale artificial Climbing walls. These are manmade walls that climbing holds are attached to in order to mimic actual mountain walls.
